He is yet to taste defeat in the league and has shocked many with the speed with which Tottenham’s fortunes have been turned around.
Postecoglou arrives after a tumultuous season that even saw the loss of the club’s all-time top scorer, Harry Kane.
But he immediately made the players understand his methods and changed Tottenham’s style of play in just a few months.
Wolves boss Gary O’Neil previously shared that Tottenham insiders claim Postecoglou has been “uncompromising” in his approach.
Today, Romano says his work behind the scenes has impressed players.

Speaking in his latest YouTube video, Romano shared what he heard about Postecoglou’s training sessions at Hotspur Way.
“What I want to share with you is that the Tottenham players, from what I hear, are not only satisfied with what they do on the field on Sunday or during the week,” he declared.
“But what they did in practice was a significant change that, from what I heard, was there before the season and then now.. They appreciated the training process, they were very satisfied with the high pressure that Ange Postecoglou sought.
“New psychology, new approach, new ideas.. Pressing is extremely important for Postecolgou, he really presses.. For Postecoglou, this is really important.
“But the players enjoyed training, they really liked the coach’s approach, the coach’s ideas, new tactical ideas.. They are very, very satisfied with Postecoglou.
“A lot of people don’t know how good he is, now the numbers speak for themselves.. But training is still important to understand how good a manager is.
“In that case.. That is absolutely important for Tottenham.
Postecoglou’s brilliant start to life at Spurs shocked many, but it’s clear his work behind the scenes is now paying off.
He has taken over a team that has played pragmatic football for the past four years and turned it into one of the best attacking teams in the Premier League.
It’s exciting for Tottenham fans that this is just the beginning and Spurs are expected to improve even further under Postecoglou.
