Jude Bellingham responds to news shared by a Tottenham player on Instagram.
James Maddison’s injury was the focal point of Tottenham’s second consecutive week-long loss to Wolves yesterday at Molineux.
Tottenham struggled to generate significant opportunities even though they led 1-0 for the majority of the match, and it was obvious that Maddison’s absence was a concern.
Prior to the game, Ange Postecoglou gave confirmation that Maddison would be out until the New Year at the latest. Spurs have suffered a serious setback, and they now have to continue and hope that someone else can take up the mantle.
In addition, Maddison has confirmed on Instagram that he won’t be returning until 2024. The England midfielder promised Spurs supporters in a post that he would return stronger than ever.
Additionally, a few of Madison’s club and international teammates weren’t afraid to voice their opinions in the comments section. Among them was one Jude Bellingham.
Jude Bellingham responds to the news of James Maddison’s injury
As we all know, Bellingham has grown to be a very well-liked member of the England team, and Maddison is just one of the players with whom he appears to get along well.
Bellingham is currently in Madrid and has sustained an injury. He did, however, take the time to reply to Maddison’s post here, and it’s obvious that the midfield player is offended by it.
There were other Englishmen who wished Maddison well besides Bellingham. Jordan Henderson was also in there, as you can see above, and Harry Maguire also showed some love for the Spurs star.
It is obvious that Maddison will be missed by both Tottenham and his Three Lions teammates, who have two matches in the upcoming two weeks.
With any luck, Maddison’s injury heals completely and he’ll be ready for the Euros the following summer.
