After 11 years of service, Hugo Lloris has exited the Tottenham Hotspur stage.
The 37-year-old will now round out his career at Los Angeles FC in Major League Soccer after securing a free transfer.
Hugo Lloris, who was signed in 2012 during Andre Villas-Boas’ tenure, has been a great asset to Tottenham and will always be regarded as a beloved member of the team.
His former and current colleagues responded to the news of his leaving that the Spurs released on their official website.
Lucas Moura, who left Spurs in the summer to play for São Paulo, merely put the word “legend” on his Instagram account.
Through his Instagram account, Emerson Royal also mentioned Hugo Lloris as “the best.”
