Alabama has race to sign £19.5m a key player offers from…………
Alabama football’s head coach Kalen DeBoer feels the Crimson Tide’s offensive skill guys are looking forward to the opportunities they will receive in the future. “That’s certainly a big piece of these guys here in the program understanding what we’ve been, and we were on national TV a lot, enough for them to see what we were doing and be excited about their roles,” DeBoer said. “You talked about Jalen (Milroe), you talked about the receiving core and these guys are fired up about getting those opportunities within this offense. Dillon Johnson was the leading rusher in the Pac-12 and so all the skill guys, they’re fired up and ready to learn the system and continue to grow.”
Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer picked up a massive win on the recruiting trail on Wednesday afternoon securing the recommittment of five-star Ryan Williams (Mobile, AL). The No. 3 receiver and No. 8 player in the country announced the news via Twitter three days after his official visit to Tuscaloosa. Williams reclassified from the 2025 class to 2024 in December after his junior season and still maintained his elite status. The in-state talent finished as the No. 8 ranked player in the country in the final Top247 rankings.
Williams totaled four touchdowns and broke a Class 6A state finals receiver yards record in a close loss against Clay-Chalkville. He had 11 catches for 232 yards and two touchdowns while adding a 12-yards rushing touchdown and a 86-yard kick return for a touchdown. Williams did not know he was playing in the all star game until a couple days before, but that didn’t stop him from showcasing his skills and representing his home state. He hauled eight catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns on his way to game MVP.
