The Georgia Bulldogs have been in offseason mode since the end of December when the Bulldogs closed 2023 with a decisive victory in the Orange Bowl. Georgia’s coaches have stayed busy in that time, and as a result a whole lot of high school prospects have new offers from the Bulldogs.
The Georgia coaching staff has handed out plenty of new offers in 2024, which means it’s a great time to pick back up on our weekly story recapping all the recruits who picked up offers from the Dawgs over the past seven days. what point will Memphis join a Power conference? It’s coming. Despite losing their last two successful coaches to Power Five vacancies prior to this four-year run of success under Ryan Silver Field, the Tigers have been one of the Group of Five’s most consistent programs in the wins department.
Memphis has been bowl-eligible 10 consecutive years, which includes three double-digit win seasons. Mike Novella’s last season in 2019 was extra special after the Tigers won the AAC and played in the Cotton Bowl against Penn State.
Yes, that is right; I will finally talk about Georgia Basketball. Months into the season, I will start talking about the Georgia hoops for once. Many of the readers of this blog are like me and care about the success of other sports for The University of Georgia,
but Football will always come first, and it is not even close. Also, given the Basketball program’s history and trajectory as of late, this season seems too good to be true. But here we are in January, and I am completely bought in on Mike White and this Dawgs basketball team.
